Biotherm Biosource Hydrating & Tonifying Toner is a purifying and moisturising face toner for normal to combination skin. It removes the last traces of impurities after cleansing and helps reduce the adhesion of pollution particles to the skin. Life Plankton, Biotherm's signature ferment, is paired with glycerin and zinc gluconate to hydrate for 24 hours and leave the skin fresh and toned. It prepares the skin to better receive the serum and moisturiser that follow.
