La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Soothing Cleansing Cream is a cleanser specially made for blemish-prone skin that feels dry and uncomfortable. Skin like this can feel dry, tight, red and flaking, and this cream compensates for that dryness while still cleansing gently. Its caring formula combines several actives. Bixa orellana extract helps limit imperfections by reducing the build-up of dead cells that clogs pores, while keeping the skin hydrated. Aqua Posae Filiformis, a micro-organism found in La Roche-Posay Thermal Water, helps keep the skin surface balanced, and niacinamide soothes the skin and supports the skin barrier. Shea butter adds comfort. The cream turns into a soft, creamy foam that leaves the skin clean and comfortable, and it helps soften the look of redness, dryness and flaking.

The texture

A rich, smooth cream that turns into a soft, creamy foam when massaged onto damp skin. It rinses off easily and leaves the face clean but comfortable, with no tight or squeaky feeling. It has a light, fresh scent and is gentle enough to use twice a day.
