Biafine Emulsion is a trolamine emulsion for hot, red-looking skin, and a staple of French family cabinets. Its main ingredient, trolamine, comes in a light, fluid oil-in-water base with avocado oil, squalane and paraffin that helps limit water loss and keeps the skin supple.
