La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel +M is a soap-free foaming cleanser for oily, sensitive and blemish-prone skin. Its formula now includes Phylobioma, a microbiome-derived ingredient that helps limit the bacteria linked to blemishes, alongside zinc PCA to regulate excess sebum and La Roche-Posay thermal spring water to soothe. It cleanses gently while respecting the skin's physiological pH, helping to reduce imperfections, blackheads and shine with daily use.

The texture

A clear gel that turns into a soft, airy foam on damp skin. It rinses off easily and leaves the skin clean and fresh without a tight, stripped feeling.
