Vitry Toni'Cils Lash and Brow Serum is a strengthening care for eyelashes and eyebrows that look thin, short or fragile. Its natural formula combines chamomile floral water, castor oil, red clover extract and mung bean extract to fortify the hairs, help them stay in place and give a thicker, more defined look over time. The formula is 98% natural origin and vegan, and designed to be used in two-month courses. Made in France by Vitry, a house founded in 1795.

The texture

A clear, light gel-serum applied with a fine brush, like a mascara. It dries quickly without sticky residue, so it can go on in the morning under mascara and at night on clean lashes.
