And I paid also 153$ extra by UPS OKP

Two units from my order are missing! To add to this, the order took a considerable time to arrive! disappointed
It was ordered onOctober 7th.Paid for FedEx delivery. Recd email on the 14th to say it was shipped. Today is the19th of October…..it was cancelled over a 8 days ago only to get a threatening email….Today I still don’t have your product nor do I want it. It has been canceled as well as disputed on my credit card.
Would you like to respond to my numerous messages about how I waited two months only to pay $179 in duties because you incorrectly exported a $69 item.
I ordered soaps without scent and received scented soaps!! Very disappointed.
Product is good and I trust your brand. With recent sunblock incidents in Australia, reliable products are important.
I love this night cream, the smell is amazing, it's just my favorite. This is the only site I know I can purchase this after finding this on a trip to Paris! So glad I can still have my French favorites at home.
I love the the anti- scratching balm, my son use it everyday all the time, it helps him for his skin condition but the only thing that I don't like this time is the missing product on my order. I waited 2 or 3 weeks to get my son's balm and I received just a partial order of that. I hope costumer service can help me to fix all this soon.
At the moment I don't think much of the product because items are missing from my order.
Horrible experience. Took over a month to get my order and had to pay an unexpected delivery charge of $95.00 due to tariffs and customs charges. French hub pharmacy reply is that is my problem. No help and no heads up on extra delivery fees.
It'sa shame I can't buy this in the States, it's a quality product that I love to use.
Horrible experiencia el envío supuestamente gratis a Estados Unidos y el producto me costo 161$ y cuando me llegó ups me cobraron casi 200$, osea me salió mas costoso el cobro del supuesto envío que el mismo producto. Aparte ellos nunca me informaron que me cobrarían un cargo de importación, en la página dice envío gratis , me siento estafada con eso que paso con el cobro aparte por la transportadora tan costoso mas que el mismo producto .
