La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel is a purifying cleansing gel for oily, blemish-prone skin, used on the face and body. It removes excess sebum and impurities without harshness, thanks to a soap-free cleansing base with zinc PCA, which helps regulate sebum and limit shine. Its pH is close to that of the skin, so it stays well tolerated even on sensitive oily skin. This eco refill tops up your Effaclar gel bottle and uses less plastic.

A clear, fresh gel that turns into a light, airy foam with a little water and rinses off easily. Skin feels clean and fresh, not squeaky or tight.
