La Roche-Posay Lipikar Surgras Concentrated Shower Cream is a rich, soap-free cleansing cream for the face and body, made for dry and sensitive skin in adults and children. Its super-fatted formula cleans gently while helping restore the skin’s protective lipid film, so skin does not feel tight or rough after the shower. Niacinamide (vitamin B3) supports the skin barrier and helps reduce irritation, and glycerin keeps the skin soft and supple. The 750ml pump bottle is a practical size for the whole family.

The texture

A creamy, pearly wash that turns into a soft, rich lather on wet skin and rinses off without leaving a film. It has a light, clean scent.
