HOW TO USE :
Use a sufficient dose before sun exposure, e.g. the equivalent of a teaspoon for the face and neck. Reducing this amount reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or wiping. Even when well protected, reduce exposure as much as possible.
