It combines 3% encapsulated vitamin C, for antioxidant and brightening action, with 2% Eye Activ 360, a complex of two medicinal plants that works on wrinkles and dark circles, and 2% niacinamide to strengthen and firm this fine skin. Pearlescent particles give an instant soft-focus glow. Its neutral pH, close to that of tears, helps avoid stinging, and the formula is fragrance-free.
