HOW TO USE :
Plaster and poultice: apply the clay directly to the skin in a layer 1 to 2 cm thick, leave on for 1 to 2 hours max. Or apply the clay using a thin cloth. Place the clay paste in the centre of the cloth to a thickness of 2 cm, fold over the 4 corners of the cloth and apply the plaster directly to the desired area. In both cases, remove as much Clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water.COMPOSITIONS & INGREDIENTS :
