La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+M Cream is a lipid-replenishing body and face cream for very dry skin prone to atopic dryness, suitable for babies, children and adults. Its triple-repair formula pairs niacinamide and ceramide NP with shea butter to replenish the skin barrier and soothe the feeling of itching. Vitreoscilla ferment, known as Aqua Posae Filiformis, and mannose help rebalance the skin microbiome, one of the factors behind dry, irritated flare-ups. Used daily, it leaves skin softer, more comfortable and less prone to dry patches.
