L'Oréal Professionnel Série Expert Absolut Repair Molecular Pre-Treatment is a professional concentrated pre-shampoo treatment for damaged to very damaged hair, including colored, lightened and natural hair. Its formula combines a peptides bonder (3%) with five amino acids that work together to rebuild the hair's molecular structure, going beyond a surface effect. The result is a deep, inner repair: damaged fibers regain strength, elasticity and natural movement, the hair is easier to manage, and the repair lasts, helping to prevent future damage. It is the first step of the Absolut Repair Molecular routine, designed to be layered with the shampoo and rinse-off serum.

How it works

A light, watery spray with a pump. You apply it on damp hair before shampooing and work it through the lengths for one to two minutes. It is not rinsed on its own: the shampoo goes straight on top, a layering technique that lets the bonder penetrate before cleansing.

How long one bottle lasts

With 15 to 20 pumps per use, one 190ml bottle covers about 12 to 20 washes, depending on hair length. Used once a week, that is roughly 3 to 5 months.

How to use

Spray on damp hair, from lengths to ends, using 15 to 20 pumps depending on hair length. Apply section by section with a smoothing gesture and work through for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not rinse: apply Absolut Repair Molecular Shampoo directly over the top, rinse, then follow with the Rinse-Off Serum.
