How to Use

Apply GUM Gingidex toothpaste with a soft toothbrush after each meal or at least twice a day for 3 minutes. Use the mouthwash by swishing it in your mouth for 30 seconds and then spit it out. Use twice a day after brushing. Avoid use in children, for external use only, and do not swallow.
