La Roche-Posay Toleriane Kerium DS Concentrate is a soothing face care for skin prone to seborrheic dermatitis, with red, flaky and itchy patches on the face, eyebrows and around the nose. Its formula combines zinc PCA, which helps regulate oily skin, with piroctone olamine, which targets the Malassezia yeast involved in flaking. La Roche-Posay adds Aqua Posae Filiformis, a biomass grown in its thermal spring water, to help rebalance the skin's microbiome. According to the brand, visible flaking and itching are reduced within a month, and the calmer result lasts for weeks after you stop.

The texture

A light, non-greasy cream that absorbs quickly and leaves no shine. It is easy to apply only on the areas that need it, even in the morning under sunscreen or makeup.
