Reveals missed spots

A toothpaste that colours leftover plaque so kids can see what they missed

Elgydium Educational Toothpaste Plaque Revealer is a fluoride gel toothpaste that briefly stains any dental plaque left after brushing, so a child can see exactly which spots still need work. Fluorinol, paired with chitosan, helps protect teeth against cavities while the colour-reveal effect teaches a more thorough brushing technique.

The texture

A smooth gel that foams lightly; any plaque left on the teeth briefly shows up in colour after rinsing.

Who it suits

  • Children learning to brush more thoroughly
  • Parents wanting a visual way to check brushing quality
  • Occasional use alongside a regular toothpaste

Worth knowing before you buy: The colour effect is a teaching tool for occasional use, not a replacement for the everyday toothpaste; it may briefly tint the mouth or a toothbrush.

How long one tube lasts

Used once or twice a week alongside a regular toothpaste, the 50ml tube lasts several months.
