Contains a mask of : 22.9 cm x 7 cm. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. If necessary, reapply for a further 20 minutes.Recommended microwave heating time: see instructions.It is also possible to heat the pouch in water using a saucepan, see instructions.Always check the temperature of the pouch before applying. Prolonged application could cause injury, particularly burns.Do not use on infants. Do not use in the event of circulatory problems. Do not use thermotherapy on stitches or open wounds. Reheating beyond the suggested time may damage or destroy the bag.
