Kérastase Blond Absolu CicaExtreme Oil is a lightweight hair oil for bleached, highlighted or lightened blonde hair that feels fragile and dry. It is the leave-in step of the Blond Absolu CicaExtreme ritual, designed for very sensitised hair after lightening. Edelweiss flower extract, a plant known for its resistance to harsh conditions, sits in a silicone base that coats the fibre, smooths it and reduces frizz. The result is softer, shinier and more manageable blonde hair, with less breakage when brushing.

The texture

A clear, silky oil that spreads in seconds and does not leave hair greasy when used in small amounts. It gives an immediate glossy finish and a fresh floral scent.

Worth knowing before you buy: The formula is based on silicones (cyclopentasiloxane, dimethiconol) and contains fragrance. Use very little on fine hair, or it can look flat. It smooths and protects the surface but does not rebuild the hair from inside; pair it with the CicaExtreme mask for that.

How long one bottle lasts

With two or three pumps after each wash, three to four times a week, the 75ml bottle lasts around three months.

How to use
