Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Oil is a lipid-replenishing cleansing oil for very dry skin, including skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. It can be used on the face, body and scalp. The soap-free base has a skin-friendly pH of 5.5, so it cleanses without stripping. Its patented postbiotic I-modulia, derived from Avène Thermal Spring Water, helps reduce itching linked to dryness and strengthens the skin's defences. Cer-omega, a complex of skin-identical lipids, helps restore the hydrolipidic film for lasting comfort. The formula does not sting the eyes and suits newborns, children and adults, including during and after oncology treatments.

The texture

A fluid oil that turns into a soft, milky lather on wet skin and rinses off easily. It has no fragrance and leaves the skin supple, not greasy.
