Ballot-Flurin
A vinegar to drink daily

A meadowsweet and propolis oxymel for everyday joint comfort

Ballot-Flurin Joint and Muscle Health Oxymel is a care vinegar, an oxymel, made from organic meadowsweet macerated in raw apple cider vinegar, with black propolis extract and raw French honeys. The brand describes it as a modern take on an old household preparation, meant to support natural joint and muscle comfort. It is taken as a short course, a tablespoon a day, worked into a normal routine rather than a supplement shelf.

How it works

A tangy, honeyed vinegar that can be taken neat, swirled in the mouth, or diluted in a litre of water through the day. It also works stirred into a vinaigrette.

Who it suits

  • Anyone wanting everyday support for joint and muscle comfort
  • A 20-day course as part of a seasonal routine
  • Fans of traditional oxymel and apple-cider-vinegar preparations
  • Adults who enjoy a daily ritual over a capsule

Worth knowing before you buy: this is a food-style vinegar preparation, and it contains raw honey, so it is not suitable for children under one year old.
