An at-home bond-building treatment for hair broken by bleach, color and heat

Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector is a pre-shampoo bond-building treatment for damaged, weak and chemically treated hair. It uses OLAPLEX's patented Bond Building Technology (bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate) to relink the broken disulfide bonds inside the hair, the bonds that bleach, color, heat and daily brushing wear down. The current formula adds a cationic complex that helps protect the hair surface against future damage, plus crambe, avocado and sunflower oils that smooth the cuticle and tame frizz. Hair feels stronger, softer and easier to comb, whatever its type.

The texture

A thick, creamy lotion with a light scent. It goes onto damp, towel-dried hair and is rinsed out before you shampoo, so it doesn't weigh hair down or leave residue.

How to use

Apply generously to damp, towel-dried hair from roots to ends and comb through. Leave on for at least 3 minutes, longer for very damaged hair, then rinse, shampoo and condition. Use once a week, or up to three times a week on very damaged hair.
