Very Nourishing and helpful for dry hair. I have coily hair that tends to be dry. I was looking forward to trying this conditioner and it did exactly what I was hoping. If you have fine, straight hair, be mindful as this may weigh your hair down. But, it was just what the doctor ordered for me. I'm looking forward to seeing the longer term benefits
