Avène XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing Cleansing Bar is a soap-free, superfatted cleansing bar for very dry skin prone to atopic eczema and itching, suitable for babies, children and adults. It cleans with gentle surfactants at a skin-friendly pH, so it does not strip the skin's protective lipids. Its key active, the I-modulia biotechnology extract (Aquaphilus dolomiae), helps soothe itching and irritation, while evening primrose oil, sunflower oil and Avène Thermal Spring Water help nourish and calm the skin. Skin feels clean, soft and comfortable after rinsing, not tight.

The texture

A white, solid bar that works up into a light, creamy lather on damp skin and rinses off easily. It is fragrance-free and practical for the sink or shower, and it can be used on the face, hands, body and the external intimate area.
