Caudalie Premier Cru The Serum is a global anti-ageing face serum for all skin types, made to target every visible sign of ageing at the same time: wrinkles and fine lines, loss of firmness and volume, and uneven skin tone. It is built on Caudalie's Longevity Patent, developed with Harvard Medical School, which works on the skin's youth proteins to help counteract the signs of ageing. Viniferine, Caudalie's patented grapevine-shoot active, helps reduce the appearance of dark spots and even out the complexion, and niacinamide reinforces this effect while refining skin texture and strengthening the skin barrier. Two forms of hyaluronic acid, in a higher concentration than in the Premier Cru cream, hydrate intensely and plump the skin, while tightening plant sugars give an immediate, visible lifting effect. Day after day, the skin looks smoother, firmer and plumper, with a more even and radiant tone. The formula is vegan, with 98% ingredients of natural origin.

The texture

A light, fresh gel serum that spreads easily and absorbs in seconds, without any sticky or oily feel. It leaves the skin soft and slightly taut, a comfortable base for a moisturiser and makeup. It has the subtle, fresh Caudalie scent. Because it is so light, it layers well under a day cream with SPF in the morning and under a richer cream at night.

How long one bottle lasts

Two to three pumps cover the face and neck. Used morning and evening, the 30ml bottle lasts about six to eight weeks; used once a day, it lasts close to three months, which is a good length to judge the visible results. In the morning, apply it before your sunscreen; in the evening, it can be used alone on combination skin or topped with The Cream or The Rich Cream on drier skin.
