A heat-protecting serum that smooths and seals fragile, bleached lengths

Kérastase Blond Absolu Cicaplasme Hair Primer is a fortifying, heat-protecting serum for lightened, highlighted or bleached hair. Blonde hair is often more fragile, and this primer strengthens it and shields it from styling tools up to 230°C (446°F). It also helps seal and unify split ends, so lengths look smoother and healthier. Hyaluronic acid helps fill in damaged areas of the fibre, while edelweiss flower extract brings antioxidant protection.

The texture

A light, creamy serum that you pump onto damp lengths. It spreads easily, does not weigh blonde hair down and leaves it soft, smooth and shiny with the classic Kérastase scent.

Worth knowing before you buy: It contains silicones (amodimethicone), fragrance and a small amount of violet dye. Very fine hair can look weighed down if you use more than two pumps, so start small.

How to use

Apply two to four pumps to towel-dried hair depending on length and thickness. Spread from mid-lengths to ends, then style with heat. You can also smooth a little onto dry hair to tame frizz, or leave it on overnight as a more intense treatment.
