It is obtained by steam-distilling Tilia cordata (linden/lime blossom) flowers, the same process used to make essential oil, but kept as the water fraction, so it carries the plant's benefits in a much gentler, alcohol-free form. It can be used as a toner, a face mist, or splashed on after cleansing to refresh and prep the skin.
