SVR Topialyse Intensive Balm is a lipid-replenishing body and face balm for very dry to atopic-prone skin, for babies, children and adults. Its short formula of 20 ingredients combines cotton seed, coconut and babassu oils to restore the lipids that very dry skin lacks, with niacinamide to support the skin barrier and soothe the feeling of irritation. An alpha-glucan oligosaccharide prebiotic helps keep the skin's microbiome balanced, and glycerin draws water into the upper layers. SVR states its effect lasts up to 48 hours, so the skin stays comfortable, supple and less prone to scratching between applications.
