Kids' cavity care

A milder mint toothpaste for children who have outgrown the baby paste

Buccotherm Toothpaste for Juniors is a soft mint toothpaste made for children between 7 and 12 years old. Buccotherm is a French dental care brand built around thermal spring water from Castéra-Verduzan in the south-west of France, and this junior tube keeps to a gentler flavour than an adult paste so that children are happy to brush for the full two minutes.

The texture

A smooth paste with a soft, lightly sweet mint that is noticeably less sharp than adult toothpaste. The 50ml tube is small enough for a child to handle and to fit in a school bag or sports kit.

Who it suits

  • Children aged 7 to 12 with their permanent teeth coming through
  • Kids who refuse strong mint
  • Parents who want a dedicated junior paste rather than sharing an adult tube

Worth knowing before you buy: Children should spit the paste out rather than swallow it, and a pea-sized amount is enough. Check the age guidance on the tube if you are buying for a younger child.
