By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. These terms are governed by Belgian law and do not override any statutory consumer rights you may have.

2. Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, from our Belgian fulfillment center.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and weight. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
We offer standard and express international shipping. Estimated delivery times are visible at checkout. Please note these times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.
3. Use of Promotional Codes
All discount codes provided by FrenchBeautyHub are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing, posting or reproducing codes on public forums or coupon platforms without our consent is prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that use promotional codes in an unauthorized manner and to suspend associated customer accounts.
4. Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

5. Customs Restrictions
All products available on FrenchBeautyHub are authorized for sale and use in the European Union.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that imported products comply with their country’s regulations. If a package is returned due to import restrictions, we will issue a store credit for the product value, minus any shipping and return costs incurred.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

7. Order Issues & Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. We will investigate and provide a solution: either reshipping the order or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
Lost packages are eligible for a full refund or replacement, once confirmed by the carrier.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or return the order (shipping costs remain at your expense).
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging and products
- A clear description of the issue
We will evaluate the case and offer the most suitable solution: refund, reshipment, or discount.
10. Collaboration Program
Influencers and content creators may be invited to join our collaboration program and receive personalized discount codes. These codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be shared without our permission. Orders placed using these codes may be subject to additional conditions and verification.

Can I return my order?
Yes — if you change your mind, you can return any unused and unopened item within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals and protective films intact.
To request a return:
1. Contact us through by email at contact@frenchbeautyhub.com.
2. Provide your order number and list the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Please note: Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving our confirmation. Return costs are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, or as a store credit if you prefer.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product. In such cases, we will do everything possible to make things right — including offering a replacement, refund, or credit.
Products that have been opened, used, or are returned without original packaging cannot be accepted. Orders returned due to incorrect delivery information or because they were not collected will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs.

When will I be refunded?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Alternatively, we can issue a discount voucher for the same value, valid for 12 months.
What cannot be returned?
• Items that have been opened or used
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items received more than 30 days ago
• Products on clearance or marked as non-returnable
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs duties
What if my order is returned to you?

Shopping at FrenchBeautyHub is simple, fast, and secure. We ship worldwide from Belgium and prepare all orders within 48 business hours. Here’s how it works:

You can place your order as a guest or log in to your customer account if you have one.
2. Delivery Details
Enter your full name and shipping address using Latin characters only (English alphabet).
Select your preferred shipping method:
- Standard (5–12 business days)
- Express (2–4 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

3. Secure Payment

Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from Belgium.
Orders can be delivered to your home, workplace, hotel, or to a freight forwarding or relocation company of your choice. Please note that once a package is accepted at one of these locations, FrenchBeautyHub cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur afterward.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout. They vary depending on:

Free Shipping Conditions
We offer free shipping above a minimum order amount depending on the country. However, in some cases, shipping costs may still apply even if your order reaches the free shipping threshold. This applies when:

• The order includes items from a promotion that cannot be combined with free shipping
Special Products (Perfumes, Aerosols)

Carrier Process & Delivery Follow-Up

In some cases, local postal services may report a failed delivery attempt even if you were not notified. If the tracking page shows a pickup location (e.g., a local post office), we recommend visiting that location as soon as possible before the item is returned to us.

Customs Clearance & Delays
Please note that customs clearance times are not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.
Each country has its own import regulations, and we have no control over possible delays caused by local customs inspections.
How to Activate Your Discount Code
If you have a promotional or discount code, you can apply it during the checkout process once your shopping bag contains all the products you wish to purchase.
At the checkout page, just below the payment method section, you’ll find a field to enter your discount code. Paste the code there and click “Apply Coupon”—the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.
Please note:

How can I request a change of address or cancel an order?
At FrenchBeautyHub, all orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once an order is packed and handed over to the carrier, no changes can be made.
Before your order is shipped:
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can change the delivery address or cancel it directly via the “View Order Details” link in your confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can email us with your order number and request, and our team will help you as soon as possible.
After the order has been shipped:
Once the package has left our warehouse, any modifications depend on the shipping provider:
- Standard Mail: No modifications can be made after dispatch.
- DHL: You may be able to update the address or cancel the delivery if it hasn’t reached the final stage. Contact DHL directly.
- UPS: Address changes and cancellations are possible before the first delivery attempt. Please contact UPS customer service.
- FedEx: Depending on your location, FedEx may allow limited changes before the first delivery attempt. Contact your local FedEx office promptly with the tracking number.
If changes are no longer possible, you may either refuse the package upon delivery or return it at your own expense once it’s been received.

Can I modify my order or receive free samples?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unfortunately unable to modify it — this includes adding, removing, or exchanging items.
If your order has not yet been shipped (within 48 hours):
You can cancel the order and place a new one. To cancel quickly, please use the link in your confirmation email (“View Order”). If you experience any issues, feel free to contact us at contact@frenchbeautyhub.com with your order number and request.
If you have an account with us, reordering is very easy — your past orders are available in your personal space, and you can quickly add those products back to your cart.
If your order has already shipped:

Are free samples included?
Yes, we include free samples when available. They are:
• Samples are selected at random.
• They are not listed in your cart or confirmation email.
• They are not included for deliveries to countries with strict customs restrictions.
I entered the wrong delivery address — what should I do?
If you’ve accidentally provided an incorrect or incomplete address when placing your order, it’s important to act quickly. An invalid address may result in the parcel being returned to FrenchBeautyHub, and any related costs (return fees, reshipping, etc.) will be the customer’s responsibility.

• If your parcel is shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL, you may still be able to request a delivery change directly with the carrier, as long as the parcel stays within the same country.
• For standard shipping (postal service), address changes are not possible after dispatch.

Do Your Products Have an Expiry Date?
At FrenchBeautyHub, our inventory is constantly refreshed — we receive new stock almost daily from our official distributors, ensuring optimal freshness for every order.

Most of our products have a high turnover rate, but by policy, we guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the time you receive your product.
Please note that in the European Union, many cosmetic items are not required to carry a specific expiration date. Instead, they include the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol — a small open jar icon (e.g. “12M”) indicating how many months the product can be safely used after opening.
💊 Supplements & ingestible items:
For food supplements or other ingestible products, we ensure a minimum of 6 months shelf life before the expiry date.

How can I access my invoice?

For deliveries within the European Union:

Will I have to pay customs duties or provide import documents?

🌍 For deliveries outside the European Union:
Orders shipped to non-EU countries are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — this means local import duties, VAT, or customs taxes are not included in the product price.
• You, the recipient, are responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes, or clearance costs required by your country.
• These charges must typically be settled directly with the delivery carrier (national postal service, DHL, UPS, etc.) to receive your package.
• In some cases, customs authorities may request additional documentation before releasing your shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate the specific requirements or fees in advance, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
🚚 Express Shipping with Duties Paid:
For select destinations, we also offer express delivery with Duties Paid (DDP). This means:
• All customs fees and duties are paid in advance.
• DHL will handle the clearance process for you.
• No additional fees will be charged on delivery.

Why is my order incomplete and what should I do?
If some items from your order are missing, don’t worry — there are usually two common explanations:
1. Your order may have been split into multiple shipments
To ensure faster or safer delivery, some orders are sent in more than one package. This can happen when:
• The total weight or volume is high
• You’re using express delivery (e.g., DHL), and the order includes several products
• Certain products require special handling

2. One or more items may have been out of stock
Sometimes, an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed. If that happens:

How long should I wait before reporting a lost package?
• For EU destinations: You may report a package as lost 1 month after the maximum estimated delivery time.
• For non-EU destinations: The timeframe is 2 months.
• For DHL deliveries: Claims made more than 3 months after the expected delivery date won’t be accepted.
We take full responsibility for your order until it’s delivered. If a delay renders your purchase no longer useful, we’re happy to offer a refund in line with our policy.
Refund conditions:
1. You may request a refund before the order is delivered, provided you refuse the package and the return process is confirmed via tracking.
2. If the order isn’t delivered or attempted within the periods above, we will issue a refund.
3. For orders without tracking, if the local postal service confirms the parcel is lost, we’ll offer a refund or a reshipment, depending on your preference.

If the package appears damaged, wet, opened, or shows any signs of tampering, please reject the delivery and notify us immediately.

To speed up resolution, include the following in your email:
