Macadamia Plant Oil contains over 20% palmitoleic acid, a very rare fatty acid renowned for its exceptional restructuring, nourishing, hydrating and softening properties. Jojoba Plant Oil soothes and softens the skin, penetrates easily and protects against dehydration and ageing. Wheat Germ Oil, a great natural source of vitamin E, protects cells and tissues and has a powerful anti-ageing effect on the skin. Its anti-oxidant action protects against pollution and other external aggressions. The presence of provitamin A makes it invaluable for caring for dry, flaky skin. Babassu Butter (Orbignya Oleifera) is traditionally used to treat dry skin and comes from the kernel of the fruit of the Babassu palm tree, which grows in the south-east Amazon region of Brazil. It is suitable for all skin types because it 'melts' into the epidermis without leaving a greasy film. Sodium Hyaluronate is the Super Hydrating agent in this composition, obtained by biosynthesis of a lactic acid bacterium, and is a powerful natural hydrating agent.
