A pure, cold-pressed monoi de tahiti oil for scenting and softening skin and hair after sun

Propos'Nature Organic Monoi de Tahiti Oil is a 100% pure, organic-certified vegetable oil for skin and hair after sun exposure. It is extracted from Cocos nucifera oil macerated with Gardenia tahitensis (tiare) flowers by first cold pressing, with no solvents or refining, so it keeps its natural vitamins and fatty-acid profile. It can be used alone as a face or body oil, added to a cream, or used for massage. Scenting and softening skin and hair after sun is its main draw.

The texture

A light vegetable oil that sinks in within a few minutes and leaves a natural, slightly oily finish rather than a dry-touch one. It has the mild, natural scent of the plant it comes from, not an added fragrance.

Who it suits

  • Dry or dehydrated skin that needs a nourishing oil
  • Anyone who prefers single-ingredient, organic skincare
  • Use on face, body or hair, or blended into a cream

Worth knowing before you buy: this is a rich oil, so it can feel heavy on very oily or acne-prone skin; patch-test first if you have a nut or plant allergy.

How to use

Warm a few drops between your palms and press onto clean skin or hair, morning or evening, alone or mixed into your usual cream. It solidifies below about 24°C, so warm the bottle in your hands or under warm water before use.
