SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle daily toner that soothes, hydrates and lightly exfoliates. It contains 84% centella asiatica extract from Madagascar with gluconolactone, a mild PHA that lifts dead skin and excess oil without irritation. Niacinamide brightens and hyaluronic acid and betaine hydrate for a smooth, fresh complexion.

How to use
