Great communication. I was expecting the package within a few days, from what the order page told me; but it hadn’t arrived after about 3 days, I inquired by email and they replied quickly and kindly. It came after about a week with tracking. Came from Europe to the US so this was understandable. Everything arrived in great condition, no leaking bottles.
