My order arrived with items missingת part of what I paid for simply wasn't in the package. I contacted customer service right away, with photos showing exactly what was delivered, but more than 2 weeks later I still haven't received any reply at all. No acknowledgement, no explanation, nothing
The only message I've had from them since is this request to leave a review. The product itself is fine, but a company that ignores a customer over a missing item while still chasing them for reviews doesn't deserve more than this.
I love this product! It has a good consistency (not greasy) and sinks into my skin quickly; invisible.
This toothpaste has been a life saver for my tooth. I needed a root canal and crown and some recommended this for me and it’s been months without any ache. I love it. However I ordered from this site and paid for 3days express shipping and after several emails I only got this product after over a month
Too bad I can’t give zero stars. I placed the order for these products on 5/22 and paid $19 extra for expedited (2-4 day) shipping. The order was delivered on 6/11…19 days after I placed the order. I asked for the delivery fee to be refunded…at least. Nothing happened. The last email I sent the was requesting the full order payment to be refunded. Nothing. I will not be ordering products from French Beauty Hub again.
It is the softest toner you can find> I use it to mix with a cleansing milk which is to thick, it is just lovely and so respectful of the PH of your skin as are all Avene products
Love this soap first found it when traveling abroad and now I order from this company took about 2 weeks to receive but packaging was good and I'm a satisfied customer
the product is fantastic..for dry skin, it's the best. I've used Atoderm creme for years and recently upgraded to the more intense cream.
The problem was with the delivery..nearly 6 weeks!

I use this every day no matter the weather. Have been buying it in Europe. But this is convenient and exactly what I bought in Paris.
I expressed my concerns repeatedly and there was no good faith effort to address it or reduce the charges.
Expensive and id didnt do anything to my curls. It made my hair flat!
