Kneipp Lavender Bath Salts are relaxing bath crystals for adults who want to unwind at the end of the day. The base is natural salt, scented with a blend of true lavender, lavandin and spike lavender essential oils plus a touch of eucalyptus. Dissolved in warm water, the crystals release a soft floral aroma that helps you slow down before sleep, while the warm salt bath relaxes tired muscles.

The texture

Coarse violet crystals that dissolve in a few minutes under running warm water. They colour the water lightly and leave no oily film on the tub.

How to use

Dissolve about 60g (a large handful) in a full bath of warm water, around 35 to 38°C. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then rest for a while. For a foot bath, use about 20g.
