French Beauty Hub (VAT BE1003506273), with its registered office at Avenue de l’Exposition Universelle 53, 1083 Brussels, Belgium, operates the website www.frenchbeautyhub.com. We offer a curated selection of French pharmacy and dermo-cosmetic products, delivered worldwide.

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02Orders & payment

Add your products to the cart and go to checkout. You can order as a guest or log in to your customer account. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

We accept secure payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods in some countries (such as Bancontact or iDEAL). All payments go through encrypted connections.

An invoice is sent to your email after purchase. If you need a commercial invoice, just contact us.

03Prices & taxes

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout, and your total is displayed before you confirm. For deliveries within the European Union, local VAT is included, in line with the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.

04Shipping & delivery

Orders are prepared in our warehouse in Belgium within 48–72 hours (business days) after payment is confirmed. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

• Standard delivery: 5–12 business days
• Express delivery: 2–4 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and delivery method. Free shipping is available above a minimum order amount, which depends on your country. Customs clearance time is not included in delivery estimates.

Perfumes and aerosols are classified as dangerous goods. They can only be shipped to some destinations, and a special shipping fee may apply.

05Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), unless the checkout says otherwise. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility and are usually paid to the carrier on delivery.

For some destinations, we offer express delivery with duties paid (DDP): all fees are paid in advance and nothing is charged on delivery.

All our products are authorised for sale in the European Union. You are responsible for checking that they can be imported into your country. If a parcel is returned because of import restrictions, we issue a store credit for the product value, minus shipping and return costs.

06Changes & cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be modified once confirmed (no adding, removing or exchanging items). If your order has not shipped yet, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once preparation has started, cancellation is usually no longer possible.

After dispatch, you can refuse the delivery or return the order after receiving it (return shipping at your expense). Please check your delivery address carefully: if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we can reship it (shipping fees apply) or refund it minus shipping and return costs.

If fraud is suspected, we may cancel and refund an order without prior notice.

07Returns & refunds

You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging with seals intact. Contact us at contact@frenchbeautyhub.com with your order number and wait for our instructions before sending anything. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method, or as a store credit if you prefer.

We cannot accept items that have been opened or used, returned without original packaging, received more than 14 days ago, or marked as non-returnable. Returns are not accepted for B2B purchases.

08Damaged, missing or lost items

Please check your parcel before throwing away the packaging. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and products, and a short description. Depending on the case, we offer a refund, a reshipment or a discount.

Large orders are sometimes sent in several parcels, each with its own tracking number. If an item is out of stock after you order, we tell you by email and refund it within 10 business days.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. A lost parcel, once confirmed by the carrier, is refunded or replaced.

09Discount codes

Discount codes are personal and cannot be transferred. Only one code can be used per order, and codes may not combine with other offers. Sharing codes on public forums or coupon websites without our consent is not allowed: we may cancel orders that use codes this way.

Creators in our collaboration program receive personal codes that are valid for a limited time and subject to their own conditions.

10Our products

We buy directly from the brands and restock almost every day. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from delivery for cosmetics and food supplements. Many cosmetics in the EU show a “period after opening” symbol (for example “12M”) instead of an expiry date.

Free samples may be added to your order when available. They are chosen at random and are not listed in your order.

11Personal data

We treat your personal data confidentially and in line with applicable regulations. You can access, change or delete your information from your customer account, and unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Full details in our Privacy policy.

12Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by Belgian law and do not override any statutory consumer rights you have.
