Flexitol Hands Repairing Balm 10% Urea Dry or damaged Hands 56g (1.98 oz) is a 56 g treatment balm for hands that have gone past the point where an ordinary hand cream helps. It carries 10% urea in a blend of emollients, and the point of the texture is that it is non-greasy and absorbs easily, so you can put it on and keep using your hands. What the 10% urea is doing
