La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Iso-Biome Soothing Cleansing Cream is a cleanser for blemish-prone skin that feels weakened and dried out. It cleans gently while compensating for that dryness. Bixa orellana extract helps reduce imperfections by limiting pore clogging while keeping skin hydrated, and Aqua Posae Filiformis (Vitreoscilla ferment), found in La Roche-Posay Thermal Water, helps rebalance the skin microbiome. Niacinamide soothes and supports the skin barrier. It visibly reduces redness, dryness and peeling, for more comfortable skin.

The texture

A white cream that turns into a soft, creamy foam when massaged onto damp skin. It rinses off easily and leaves the face clean but comfortable, without the tight, stripped feeling that often comes with blemish cleansers. The 390ml pump bottle makes it easy to dose one or two pumps, morning and evening, and it is gentle enough to use twice a day. It has a light scent. Because it cleans without adding more dryness, it pairs well with your other creams and gels, and with the matching Effaclar H Iso-Biome moisturiser. Glycerin and a touch of shea butter in the base keep the skin hydrated and comfortable after rinsing.
