**SECTION 3 – SHIPPING COSTS / TRANSPORTATION FEES

Carriers apply transportation fees based on the destination country and the weight of the items. Freight is calculated and displayed automatically on our website (payment page) after selecting the destination country. Please review all information regarding delivery fees here.

**SECTION 4 - TRACKING**

All orders dispatched by FrenchBeautyHub are linked to a tracking code, which is sent via email upon the shipment of your order. The result is provided by FedEx, UPS, or the 17track platform, enabling tracking for over 170 registered carriers. As an exception, some destination countries do not guarantee comprehensive tracking. We explicitly indicate such cases on the order checkout page, marked as "No tracking" under the shipping method option.

If you observe a lack of information and the shipping method is standard, for more precise details on the delivery status, you can track the order on the "track & trace" webpage of the destination country's postal service: follow the number we provided in the shipment confirmation email.

**SECTION 5 - DUTIES AND TAXES**

When shipped to third countries, non-EU European countries, or territories benefiting from a special tax context (such as the Canary Islands), orders may be randomly selected by customs and/or health authorities for inspection. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If customs duties are applied to the order, the value of the import tax may be calculated based on the combined value of the products and shipping fees.

In certain destinations (e.g., Cyprus), additional taxes may be charged. These amounts are the customer's responsibility and should be confirmed by them, considering the order value and product type.

**SECTION 6 - CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY**

All products available through FrenchBeautyHub have obtained market and consumption authorization in Belgium. It is the customer's responsibility to verify if their country has laws prohibiting the importation and consumption of specific products or substances.

In cases where the entry of products is prohibited, various scenarios may unfold:

  1. Automatic Return at Customs: When a product is automatically returned upon arrival at the customs of the destination country due to a lack of entry authorization, the reimbursement for the product value will be issued in the form of a voucher. This reimbursement will be net of transportation fees, potential taxes, and customs-related return costs.

  2. Express Courier Shipments: For express courier shipments without entry authorization in the destination country, the customer will be invoiced for the return transportation costs to the origin, as well as all import and customs clearance expenses associated with the return. The customer will receive a voucher reflecting the product value, deducting the total return costs. We will always seek the customer's preference between returning the products or opting for the abandonment and subsequent destruction of the merchandise. In some destinations, this may not be feasible as the order is promptly and automatically returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the entirety of the return costs.

**SECTION 7 - DELIVERY TIME**

FrenchBeautyHub ships its products worldwide from Belgium. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the order payment page and is confirmed in the shipment confirmation email. This period does not include the duration during which the customs of the destination country holds the order for inspection.

Delivery times may vary from estimates during certain exceptional periods of increased e-commerce activity (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and holidays). We recommend making purchases with these considerations in mind to align expectations.

Carriers do not allow the scheduling of a specific delivery time. Therefore, it is essential to provide a correct and accessible delivery address during business hours, such as a workplace.

Orders are handed over to carriers within 4 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe may be altered in exceptional situations, such as the need for payment review/validation or if a product is out of stock. In such cases, the customer is immediately contacted, and a solution is provided. The customer always has the option to cancel the order.

Note: We exclusively deliver in standard quantities for domestic consumption. In specific cases (especially during discounts or promotions), we reserve the right to determine a maximum quantity we can provide or adjust handling, shipping, and delivery times to ensure a smooth delivery.

For deliveries without tracking or for orders with tracking but lacking updated delivery status, if the destination postal company declares the order as lost, we extend the option of either reshipment or a refund for the entire order amount.

All product prices, including discounted prices/promotions, are valid until further notice or while supplies last.

**SECTION 8 - CANCELLATION POLICY**

All orders are processed and dispatched within the business days of the Belgian national calendar. Infrequent exceptions may arise, in which case your order will be dispatched at the earliest convenience.

If you wish to cancel your order before its shipment from our warehouse, you have the option to immediately contact our customer service through our email address contact@frenchbeautyhub.com, specifying your order number and the subject.

Once the order is dispatched, certain carriers we collaborate with allow cancellation of delivery even after dispatch. For full details on this matter, please refer to the following list:

Orders shipped by Standard/EMS service: It is not possible to cancel delivery once the order has been dispatched. Orders shipped by UPS: It is possible to cancel delivery as long as no delivery attempt has been made. Please contact UPS directly. In the event cancellation is no longer possible, you have the option to refuse delivery or, if accepted, to return the order at your expense. Please note that in the case of express shipments, refusing and returning an order incur return fees. Our team will be there to assist and guide you through this process.

Cancellations on our part may occur in the following situations:

In the presence of orders showing substantial evidence of fraud, FrenchBeautyHub reserves the right to cancel and refund such orders without further justification, in the interest of protecting all parties involved. In specific cases, especially during periods of discounts or sales events, when the ordered quantity is exceptionally high and jeopardizes our marketing strategy. We provide goods only in standard quantities for domestic consumption. In the case of out-of-stock items in exceptional orders, FrenchBeautyHub reserves the right to cancel and refund the order while informing the customer of this rare decision.

**ARTICLE 18 – APPLICABLE LAW**

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
