Directions for use:

Before sun exposure, apply one finger-length of product to the face and neck. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even while using sunscreen. Excessive sun is dangerous. Avoid sun exposure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Use protective clothing (wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, etc.). Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Reducing the recommended amount significantly lowers the level of protection.
