How to Use

La Surdouée dry oil:

Shake well before use. Massage into damp skin on the stomach, breasts, and thighs after showering. Use morning and evening during pregnancy and up to 4 months after giving birth.

La Surdouée Nutricosmétique:

Take 2 capsules daily for 2 months, starting from the 1st month of pregnancy and continuing up to 4 months postpartum. Take a break every 2 months for at least 2 weeks.
